Point Plomer is situated in the Limeburners Creek Nature Reserve which occupies 9,224 hectares and is bounded by the Pacific Ocean, the Hastings River and Limeburners Creek.
The peak season includes Easter and Christmas School Holidays. These and other school holidays are weekly bookings from Saturday to Saturday only.
At other times of the year, there is a two-night minimum booking.
Payment in full on arrival is required and dates booked must be paid for.
Please be aware that the accommodation fee entitles you to the facilities provided. The electricity, fridges and firewood are not provided for people from the nearby camping reserve.
Please respect the accommodation, furniture, surrounding grounds and the local environment.
Bookings & Deposits
• All bookings require a deposit to secure the dates you wish to stay
• If a deposit is not paid within 14 days, your booking will be cancelled
• A booking fee ($25-$50) is payable if a deposit is made and then cancelled. Deposits are forfeited if a booking is cancelled within two weeks of scheduled stay.
• 25% of deposit is refundable if cancellation is made three weeks before your scheduled stay.
• Under certain circumstances deposits may be held for a future booking if cancellation is made For group bookings please have one person responsible for bookings and payments
• Occupants during school holidays have first option on the same period next year but must make the booking during their stay and arrange deposit to secure dates.

Just a few hours drive north of Newcastle, the area boasts a sparkling coastline of heathlands, banksia and blackbutt forest and the rare rainforests of nearby Big Hill. With pristine beaches, fabulous surf, snorkeling and swimming conditions, great fishing, exciting bush tracks and nature walks and superb weather all year round, a holiday at Point Plomer is an experience not to be missed.

The Coral Tree House pictured above is fully self-contained and can sleep up to 8 people upstairs, and four downstairs. Upstairs and downstairs can be booked seperately, or for those who want to take advantage of some very reasonable rates, the entire house can be booked. The Coral Tree House is ideal for large families.
The Coral Tree House includes tea and coffee-making facilities, all crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils, fridge, microwave, stove, laundry (upstairs), large flat screen television, radio/CD/iPod dock/DVD player, outdoor bbq area, a very large entertainment deck/area and plenty of open space for the kids to play safely. Linen, pillows, blankets and towels are not supplied so please bring your own.
The Hibiscus 3BR House - Resort Style Accommodation
The Hibiscus Home pictured above is fully self-contained and can accommodate up to eight people. Linen, pillows, blankets and towels are not supplied so please bring your own. The Hibiscus includes tea and coffee-making facilities, fridge, microwave, stove, laundry, stereo, television, outdoor barbecue, large deck and plenty of open areas for the kids to play safely.
The beach, fishing, swimming and bush walking are almost at your front door and at certain times of the year, whales can be seen migrating to even warmer waters in the north. The average summer temperature is around 27°C, while in winter it rarely dips below 18°C.
It's the perfect spot for your family to take that well-deserved break.

Point Plomer is located 15 kilometres south of Crescent Head and approximately 16 kilometres north of Port Macquarie. The road from Crescent Head is partially sealed and the gravel sections routinely graded, so access is never a concern. The 16 kilometres of access road from Port Macquarie is 4WD only.
