VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR BOOKING AND INFORMATION TO PREPARE FOR YOUR STAY

COMMUNICATION

Communication by email is very much appreciated and preferred. We do not employ a full time receptionist. Email are replied to within 8hrs.

DEPOSITS

  • Deposits must be paid to secure a booking. Bookings are made online via the website. www.pointplomer.com.au  
  • Deposits are not refundable if booking is cancelled within 4 weeks of scheduled stay. 
  • Deposits made for NSW and QLD School Holiday periods are not refundable 
  • An administration fee is payable if booking is changed more than 4 weeks from your stay. The minimum fee is $50. Fee are applied to deter changes of booking. 
  • Please reconsider changing your dates in school holidays, as dates booked are to be paid for. 
  • We are a small business. When a deposit is made for staying in our accommodation we are expecting an income from that booking. Payment 7 days before your stay is to guarantee our income.

BEFORE YOU LEAVE HOME

• Make sure someone is looking after you pets, you can not bring them.

• Pack your linen. Linen is not provided, BYO sheets, blankets, sleeping bags, PILLOWS and towels

• Bin liners/garbage bags

• Toilet paper

• Your own drinking water

All basic kitchen utensils crockery, saucepans, fry pans and appliances (fridge, stove, microwave kettle and toaster) are in all cabins.

3 Bedroom (upstairs) Coral Tree House accommodates up to 6 people

• First room 1 double bed

• Second room 1 double bed

• Third room 2 single beds

2 Bedroom (downstairs) Coral Tree House accommodates up to 4 people

• First room 1 Queen bed

• Second room 2 single beds

3 Bedroom Green Hibiscus accommodates up to 6 people

• First room 1 Queen bed

• Second room 1 double bed

• Third room 2 single beds

2 Bedroom Pink Hibiscus accommodates up to 6 people

• First room 1 double bed

• Second room 1 King(This King bed can be separated as 2 singles) and 2 single beds

2 Bedroom Red Hibiscus accommodates up to 4 people

• First room 1 double bed

• Second room 2 single beds

Yellow Hibiscus accommodates up to 4 people

• First room 2 single beds

• Double bed behind half height wall

Orange Hibiscus accommodates up to 4 people

• First room 1 double bed

• Double bunks

Outdoor room accommodates 2 adults or 1 adult and 1 child

• Double bed


ARRIVAL TO ACCOMMODATION

Not before 2pm

Early arrival will incur fee

DURING YOUR STAY

  • No responsibility is taken for your belongings on the premises during your stay or belongings left behind.
  • RESPECT YOUR NEIGHBOURS:

Turn your music off at 9pm and quiet time after 10pm

Share the facilities with other cabin tenants

No offensive behavior or language

Keep BBQ area clean and tidy, please clean the BBQ after use for the next user

  •  Respect the facilities and accommodation provided
  • Dispose of your rubbish and recyclables at the recycling station behind the Yellow Hibiscus Cabin
  • Showers, fridges, electricity and other facilities are NOT provided for people camping on the National Parks and Wildlife Camping Reserve. Do not invite your friends on the reserve to use our private facilities
  • Conserve the water
  • Supervise your children
  • No campfires on the grass
  • Please at no time are you to trespass in empty cabins, if you would like a look through, just ask us!
  • Our PRIVATE PROPERTY is surrounded by National Park. The NPWS impose a park use fee for vehicles of $8 per day or annual passes can be purchased starting at $22. If you are driving directly to our property and will not be parking in the National park, including Queens Head, you do not need to pay this fee. Otherwise passes can be purchased at the office.

CLEANING

Excess cleaning incurs a fee which will be deducted from your card.

DEPARTURE

  • Leave your cabin clean and tidy, excessive cleaning fees will be deducted from your card if necessary
  • Show us you respect our home by leaving things near to the way they were presented for you
  • Please dispose of your rubbish at the recycling station during your stay and before you leave
  • Report any breakages or damages
  • Check-out time is no later than 10am. Unless late check out has been arranged and paid for.

OTHER INFO

  • Ice, bait and wood are available at the shed which you passed as you drove in. If you have a sugar craving there is a vending machine with chocolate, chips and drinks. In busier times there are Streets ice creams and barrister made coffee available.
  • Other conveniences are at Crescent Head. It is 16km or a 20-minute drive.
  • In wet weather it would be appreciated if you could avoid driving on the grass in front of the Coral Tree House. The lawn takes some time to dry out and it makes a real mess if you drive on it. Cars can be parked close to the road side where it seems to dry out more quickly.

Your payment of deposit indicates you accept booking conditions and agree to abide by the rules set out in this information document

  • All bookings require a deposit to secure the dates you wish to stay
  • Minimum deposit is 50% of your stay
  • An administration fee is payable if booking is changed or cancelled more than 4 weeks from your stay.
  • Full Payment to be made at least one week before your scheduled stay. If not paid via direct debit it is deducted from your card,
  • If additional people stay, pay for those extras online before you leave.
